WMCA: What type of coaching do you offer and to whom?
Shana: I coach people who are at a crossroads in one's life or career to create
constructive planning and insight in navigating a new path.
WMCA: Why did you get into coaching? What motivates you?
Shana: What I love about my work is that it allows me a framework to see my clients as whole and healthy. Coaching encourages clients to view themselves from a perspective of strength and to reach an awareness of what is in their best interest. As a Coach, I have been witness to amazing and rapid change in my clients and am grateful and inspired by those I work with every day.
WMCA: What differentiates you from other coaches?
Shana: My background in Psychology allows for a unique understanding of my clients.
WMCA: What values are important to you when working with clients?
Shana: I value the use of compassion and intuition as powerful change agents.
